What I ate… Week 1 Menu

OK so this is a little belated but there was a bank holiday in the way and the first day of work and all in all I’m completely out of sync this week.

Each week I’m going to try and plan out the main meals so that I don’t get tempted to order in and also keep my grocery spending at sensible limits.




Leftovers: Roast Beef, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips,
Carrots, Red Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Peas, Gravy.
Millionaire’s Shortbread Tart.


Coddle: Pork Sausage and Smoked Pork Belly stew with
Carrots, New Potatoes and assorted vegetables.
Chocolate cake.

Cottage pie: Minced Beef, Diced Onion and Diced Carrot
topped with Mashed Potato and Cheese. Served with mixed
Vegetables and Gravy

Tinned Tuna, Pasta, Frozen Vegetables and Grated Cheese


Roast Gammon, Roast Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables.
Lemon Cheesecake.
