What I ate… Week 4 Menu

A day late with planning this week and honestly I’m finding that sitting down and working out weekly menus is harder than I thought. However, I’m not spending as much money on groceries and I’m throwing away less food. That has to make it worth it, right?




Sunday Leftovers: Roast beef, broccoli and noodles with garlic and ginger.
Apple and blackcurrant cake.


Pork shoulder steak, new potatoes and vegetables.
Apple and blackcurrant cake.


Fish Pie: Salmon, smoked haddock and prawns in a parsley sauce
topped with mashed potato.


Chicken Kiev and chips and peas.


Rump steak, mashed potato and vegetables.


Tuna pasta bake.


Roast gammon, mashed potatoes and vegetables
