What I ate… Week 12

This week I’m off to a music festival (shout out to fellow Hammerfest travellers). Normally festivals mean slumming it in a tent, however this one is in Wales, in March, and I am far too old to freeze to death in the great outdoors in the name of metal, so I shall be staying in a caravan. One of the great things about a caravan is that it comes equipped with a functioning kitchen and a fridge so that I can take and cook a lot of my own food instead of having to rely on over priced van food.




Leftover pork shoulder joint, noodles, vegetables.


Chicken kiev, chips, peas.


Smoked haddock risotto.


Chicken chorizo paella.


Vegetarian red thai curry and rice.


Chicken balti.
