What I ate… Week 18

I totally forgot to have a meat-free day last week so this week I’m going to try and make up for it with two. Last time we had a halloumi experiment it went down really well so this week I’m going to try doing something slightly more unusual than just “fry halloumi slice, insert into face”.

Halloumi, wild mushroom and leek tagliatelle.

Tuesday

Steamed haddock and couscous parcels.

Wednesday

Rump steak and brown rice salad.

Thursday

Marinated tofu stir fry with asian style vegetables.

Friday

Turkey dinosaurs, potato smiles, peas.
(Why yes I do miss being 5, why do you ask?)

Saturday

Turkey and leek potato pie.

Sunday

Roast gammon, roast vegetable one-tray.
